AROMA: Aromatic, intense and persistent oil. Oil with great personality, body and high intensity in green olive.
INTENSITY: Intense and persistent, both in taste and smell. Green.
TASTE: It is an oil that gives us notes of soft bitterness and burning in the tasting which caress our mouth and throat, very balanced.
The Green Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil tastes and smells like olive leaf, freshly cut grass, green tomato plant and green artichoke.

The Green Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect to consume raw combined with toasts, salad dressing, yogurt, cream of vegetables, soups and, of course, to finish fish and meat dishes with a special touch.
DESCRIPTION
The Green Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the crown jewel of the oils produced by the Muntanya family. It comes from the Picual type olive groves and its made in a small oil mill in his hometown, La Canyada, in the interior of Alicante.
The family olive groves are just 2 km away from the oil mill. This way, from the picking of the olives to the storage of the oil they spend barely 4 hours, thus avoiding the oxidation of the product while providing an extra quality degree.
The Green Organic OCTOBRIS olives are picked by the Muntanya Family in the month of OCTOBER, at this time they are at their right point of greening where the flavors, aromas and color are much more intense, with very small yields, but achieving quality superior achieved by very few oils.
Green Organic OCTOBRIS is a First Class olive oil directly obtained from organic Picual olives and only by cold mechanical procedures at 21ºC, without water addition and subject to strict internal and external quality controls by the CAECV (Organic Agriculture Committee of the Valencian Community).

OLIVE GROVE
The olive groves from which the Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil are Picual type groves cultivated in sandy loam texture soils in the traditional ecological way, free of fertilizers and chemical pesticides by the Muntanya family.
The fields are less than 2 km away. from the small town of La Canyada (Alicante) and and at an altitude of approximately 740-760 meters above the Mediterranean Sea level. The climate of the area; dry and warm summers and cold winters give this town in the interior of Alicante the best conditions for the cultivation of olive trees.
