Changes and Returns Policy
1 Customer can request the return of the product within 7 days since receipt. You can contact by email to email@example.com explaining the causes of the return, the time slot for the pick-up and your address.
2 A carrier will be sent to pick-up the merchandise that the client wants to return with no additional cost. The merchandise must be in its original box and with the labels intact.
3 Once the merchandise arrives at our facilities, the order amount will be refunded (including shipping costs) by the same method of payment that it was placed. The refund period will be a maximum of 14 working days from receipt.
Once the change is accepted, the transport company will go to your house within 1 to 3 working days in order to pick up the item you want to change and to deliver the new item at the same time.
If it is not possible to change the item for another product you have to return the product you want to change and to make a new order about the one you want to purchase.
