Each of the seasonings based on the Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil has different tasting notes:
ORANGE: The seasoning based on the Orange Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a citrus, fruity and fresh aroma. It tastes and smells like orange blossom, orange and fruit salad.
It is an oil with personality that gives us notes of bitterness and soft burning in the mouth.
LEMON: Lemon is the clear protagonist of this seasoning based on the Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Its aroma is citric, fruity and fresh. Immediately reminds us of lemons, lime and fresh grass due to its intense lemon aroma.
When we taste it, it still reminds us of lemon while giving us notes of bitterness and soft burning in the mouth and aftertaste.
ROSEMARY: The seasoning based on the Rosemary Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an aroma of herbs and flowers. It tastes and smells like bush and aromatic herbs after raining due to its intense rosemary aroma.
This oil-based seasoning tastes like intense rosemary, aromatic herbs and fruit in the mouth while giving us notes of medium bitterness and burning.
Each one of the seasonings based on the Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil is intended to marinate different dishes due to the characteristics of each of its flavors:
ORANGE: Ideal for use in salads, pasta, grilled, cooked or steam vegetables. Spectacular with poultry (chicken, turkey, quail..) and pork.
Perfect to use in baking, fruits and fruit salads. Natural, organic and simple.
LEMON: Perfect to use in salads, vegetables, pasta, fish, seafood and rice due to its lemon aroma and flavor. Great for baking.
ROSEMARY: As it is the most intense flavoring and aromatic seasoning, it combines perfectly with toasts, meat, poultry, stews, pasta and rice.

3 different flavors; lemon, orange and rosemary with a common base: The Organic Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil made by the Muntanya family in a small oil mill in their hometown, La Canyada (Alicante). An Organic oil directly obtained from first class olives and only by cold mechanical procedures at 21ºC, without water addition and subject to strict internal and external quality controls by the CAECV (Organic Agriculture Committee of the Valencian Community). Olives picked by the Muntanya family in their olive groves in January.
Each one of the seasonings based on the Organic Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil OCTOBRIS is made up of the following ingredients and types of olives:
- Orange: 95% Organic EVOO produced with Grosal olives and 5% of oranges from the Valencian Community after organic cultivation. Local product.
- Lemon: 90% Organic EVOO produced with Grosal olives and 10% lemons from the Valencian Community after organic cultivation. Local product.
- Rosemary: 99.91% Organic EVOO produced with Grosal olives and 0.09% of rosemary from the Valencian Community after organic cultivation. Local product.

Premium OCTOBRIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the main ingredient of the OCTOBRIS seasonings, comes from centuries-old olive groves cultivated in dry land and irrigated on stony-sandy texture soil in the traditional way, free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. These olive groves are located 700-830 meters above sea level, close to the small town of La Canyada, in the interior of Alicante. A town with the best conditions for the cultivation of olive trees; cold winters and dry summers under the boundless Mediterranean sun.
